Modern place with exceptional views of sea. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a safe, a mini-bar, and an iron. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Very central location short walk to hotel's restaurant as well as entire Hikkaduwa, special atmosphere. Also, closest to the sea. Suitable place for exploring Hikkaduwa.

Employees were really kind and very very nice!
The room was not only bright, but big size too, and had air conditioner and a minibar. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom

The employees are absolutely courteous and really helpful. the service is exceptional, includes private parking. - the location is great, next to the restaurant and central area. I really want to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience at Hotel Refresh Blue in Hikkaduwa. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the service was top-notch, and having access to convenient on-site parking was a definite plus. the hotel's prime location near the beach, restaurants, and central district added to the overall appeal of our visit. refreshing stay at a beachfront hotel. Room was ready early and had a huge balcony with stunning sea views. Enjoyed the free sunbeds on the accessible beach. Impressed by the option to pay by card at the restaurant. Hotel manager's invitation to a local holiday lunch was a delightful surprise.
Wifi inside the room didn't work.

I had a new-fashioned and impressive room with down pillows. the presence of a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet was very handy. - the hotel's perfect and exceptionally nice location in the center of town was a plus. - It was adjacent to the central bus station and a beautiful quiet beach.
